MovieStream Terms of Use

Welcome to MovieStream! This MovieStream Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you and Excellent Innovation Limited ("MovieStream", “Software”, "we", "us", or "our") regarding the license and the operation management service of MovieStream. Please read this Agreement carefully, especially Disclaimers, Limitation of Liabilities, Privacy Policy, Usage Rules, Applicable Law, and Dispute Resolution sections. You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access and sign this Agreement. If not, your guardian must agree to this Agreement.

By clicking "Agree" or using MovieStream, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. General Terms

1.1 The Service: Refers to all services provided via MovieStream, including film and television information, information distribution, comments, and community interaction.

1.2 Scope: This Agreement applies to all products and services provided by MovieStream, including apps, mini-programs, websites, SDKs, APIs, and future services.

1.3 Protection of minors: Users under 18 must have parental consent. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors, ensuring accuracy of submitted information, and assuming liability for the minor’s use.

1.4 Updates: MovieStream may update the Agreement and software. Continued use after updates implies consent.

2. Permitted License Uses

MovieStream grants you a non-exclusive, personal, revocable license to access and use the Software and Service on your device for non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved. Separate written permission is required for any other use.

3. MovieStream and its Services

3.1 Services include: Browsing or downloading content, receiving recommendations, creating and publishing content, and interacting with other users. Services may be updated or adjusted.

3.2 Advertising: Personalized ads may appear. You can opt out, but non-personalized ads may still appear.

3.3 Suspension: Services may be suspended or stopped due to business or legal reasons.

3.4 Export: Unauthorized export or re-export of the Software and Service is prohibited.

4. Restrictions on Use

• Do not spread illegal, obscene, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Do not copy, modify, rent, or distribute the Software illegally.
• No reverse engineering, hacking, or unauthorized tools/plugins.
• Do not capture data (clicks, hits, searches) without permission.
• Other acts not authorized in writing by MovieStream.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All intellectual property rights of MovieStream and its services are protected by law. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant MovieStream rights to use, display, and license it for promotion.

6. Considerations on Your Use

• Device permissions may be required for features.
• Notifications and ads may appear; you can opt out.
• We strive to protect your data, but cannot guarantee complete security.
• Software versions may affect displayed content.
• You are responsible for account security and acts under your account.
• Content from third parties carries inherent risks.
• Violation of terms may result in content deletion, suspension, or legal liability.

7. Updates

9. Fees and Advertisement

MovieStream is currently free, but paid features may be added. Ads may be displayed. Use of software consumes your device, bandwidth, and traffic resources at your own cost.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal data may be collected to provide services. MovieStream follows its Privacy Policy, accessible via "My" > "Settings" > "About US" > "Privacy Policy".

11. Termination and Breach

MovieStream may delete content, suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Stored data will be retained or deleted per law. MovieStream is not liable for such deletions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MovieStream, its agents, and employees against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use or violation of this Agreement.

13. Disclaimers

All content on this page is provided for testing and demonstration purposes only. All video streams, images, and texts are sourced from publicly available websites. We do not store, record, or upload any content ourselves. All copyrights belong to the original owners. If any content violates your rights, please contact us for removal.

14. Limitation of Liabilities

MovieStream and affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Maximum compensation is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

15. Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are resolved by friendly negotiation or arbitration via HKIAC. Class actions are not permitted.
